Bernice Wood - daughter of Ada and Ira Wood. Married George Alanson Andrus, lived in Hawaii where Andrus taught music at the Kameamea School where a music prize in his name is given today. Daughter Catherine Andrus was born in 1917, George Andrus died in about 1921 in Hawaii in flu epidemic, Bernice Wood returned to US and Ohio, became a teacher in Oberlin and married Harold Shepard. BWS died in Oberlin in 1971 and was cremated; remains buried in Brownhelm cemetery and are marked by a 8" square stone with BWS on it, next to Wood stones.
