He was born November 28, 1935 in Aurora, Illinois. Jim was a graduate of Aurora College and served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. Reserves. Jim took early retirement and worked for a time at the Moose 400 and at the Aurora Tiger Club before moving to Arizona.
He is survived by his cherished love of many years, Marlene Spring who stayed with him through out his illness.
He is also survived by his mother, Ann Trapp of Oswego; his three children, Debbie Trapp, Sherri Marrs and Todd Trapp; his best friend, Buddy; his sisters, Karen Speck and Laura Clem; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Trapp; twin sisters, Bertha and Judy; and his dear niece, Stefanie Speck.
Jim was an Organ Donor and chose to donate his body for Medical Research.
