Pfc. Samuel D. Sturges of Dallas, who was killed in action in Germany April 26, 1945, will be reburied Thursday in Dallas.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Thursday at Lamar & Smith Chapel, 800 West Jefferson. The Rev. Albert Ott will officiate. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park.

Sturges enlisted in the Texas National Guard in 1940. He served on the West Coast as a military policeman. He went overseas in the summer of 1944.

Sturges is survived by his mother, Mrs. S. D. Sturges, and four brothers, William L. Sturges, Joseph E. Sturges, George E. Sturges, and John L. Sturges, all of Dallas.
