From the book...NEALS OF BEDFORD CO., VA and FAMILY OF WALTER NEAL, SR. OF Lawrence and Gallia Counties, Ohio by Chester I. Miller:

This daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Neal) Rose was born in Gallia County, Ohio – Walnut Twp. I have assigned to her the year of 1834 as her birth year. I have found her age given in only two census, and am basing my information on them.
It seems from bits and pieces I have been able to collect about her that she must have been married three times, and she bore the name of Haskins, Williams, and finally McDaniel.
In 1860 census she is with her parents and has two children; she is listed as Delphia A. Haskins and the children are: Margaret Haskins age 4; and Alonzo Haskins age 2. I have a note that her first husband was John Haskins. I do not have a marriage date for her.
On 26 Jul 1870 Ann Williams was married to Daniel M. McDaniel. When she came by name of Williams I do not know. In 1880 when I find her in the census she is living in Ironton, Ohio on third St. Her son Alonzo is with her and he is given as 23 years old. She is the wife of Daniel McDaniel. It seems that she and Mr. McDaniel had no children. He had been married twice before and had several children by the other marriages. He was a well-known moulder following the Iron furnaces, having lived in Lawrence County for many years.
This is all that I could find about a family for her – two children:
Margaret Haskins, b) 1856
Alonzo Haskins, b) ca 1857-58.

I will add this note. Thomas Walton who wrote quite a bit of genealogy and published it in the local newspaper, the Ironton Register, lived in the same county and township that Thomas Rose did, reported that Delphia Ann had married Daniel McDaniel and lived in Ironton, Ohio.
