Died 2 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 1987, at her residence in Troy, Ala. She was 77, a native of Plaquemine and a former 50-year resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 9 a.m. Tuesday until religious services at 10 a.m., conducted by Monsignor William Greene. Entombment in Greenoaks Memorial Park Mausoleum. Survived by a daughter, Shurley Hennigan Kunefke, Denham Springs; a son, Walter K. Hennigan, Troy, Ala.; two sisters, Bell Comeaux, Lockport, andElla Dupont, Plaquemine; a brother, Kenneth Comeaux, Plaquemine; and nine grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, L. Shurley Hennigan. She was a former member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church.
