Justin Michael Culp passed away on December 1st, 2010. He is survived by his loving parents, Robin and Michael Culp.

Justin will be forever missed by his older brother Brandon who was always there for him. Brandon and his new wife Cheryl Culp will always remember Justin's touching, heartfelt "best man's speech" at their wedding on February 27, 2010.

He is predeceased by his grandparents Hal and Betty Culp. Justin was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 31, 1987. He graduated from Fletcher High School in 2005, and then attended Florida State College in Jacksonville.

Justin was well known by all his friends for his love of surfing, passion for cooking, quick wit and bright smile.

He became a Merchant Marine and moved to San Diego to follow his dream of becoming a boat captain and his desire to travel the world. While in San Diego he lived with his cousin Ryan Wilbarger who closely guided his career by introducing him into the fishing community.

He is also survived by his grandparents Margaret and Gene Lent. His Uncle Tom Lent and wife Nelly. Aunt Marty and Larry Moore. Aunt Chris Lent. Aunt Deedee McGill. Aunt Sandy Lent. He will also be missed by his many cousins. Ryan, Katy, Andy, Kyle, Renee, Maggie, Buddy, Kelly, Fred, Sean, Amber, Michele and Mark

Justin will be greatly missed by our Beaches Community and all the many friends that he had there.

The celebration of Justin's life will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10th at Community Presbyterian Church, 150 Sherry Drive, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. He will be laid to rest at H. Warren Smith Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial contributions to the N.A.M.I.
