I have not found out for sure if Otto was born in Missouri or
Arkansas. Some census said Missouri but other people have
said Arkansas. One day I may find out for sure. His headstone says he was born in 1881, but I am sure that is wrong. His older brother was born in 1885 in Missouri and his parents were married in Texas Co. Missouri 14 Aug 1884. One could not be sure he was ever telling the truth.
