Lorraine E. Hahn, 85, Fargo, ND, died Sunday, December 5, 2010, at Bethany on 42nd, Fargo.
Lorraine Ella Luther was born August 4, 1925 on the home farm, rural Alice, ND, to Fred and Rose (Buschold) Luther. She grew up and attended country school at Alice. She worked at St. John's Hospital, Fargo, and later managed the Co-Op store in Embden, ND. She also did upholstery work.
On January 27, 1946, she married Darrold B. Hahn, at Embden. They farmed in the Alice and Enderlin area until retirement. Following Darrold's death in 2001, Lorraine moved to Fargo. She resided at Bethany Homes for the past several years.
She is survived by son, Ray (Joy), Lake Park, MN; daughter, Janice (Stuart) Syverson, West Fargo, ND; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and seven brothers and sisters.
