Hilda Lee Cox Tutterow
Hilda Lee Cox Tutterow, age 96, joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her beloved husband of 69 years, Raymond B. Tutterow, in Heaven, on Monday, March 26, 2007.
Mrs. Tutterow was a lifelong resident of Knoxville, Tenn., until 2002, when she moved to Easley, S.C. to live with her daughter, Mary Ann Woody. She epitomized Proverbs 31:10-31.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Harold Hatfield of Greensboro North Carolina; her son-in-law, Dr. Roger L. Woody of Easley, S.C.; one brother; and one great-grandchild.
Surviving Mrs. Tutterow are her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and David Riggs of Knoxville, Tenn.; daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Woody of Easley, S.C.; three sisters; many nieces and nephews; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Knoxville, Tenn.
