She was married July 27, 1937 to Alvin Allen in Manistique. She is survived by her husband Alvin, five sons, Francis Griffin of Plymouth Ind., George and Patrick of Traverse City, Rex and Russell of Germfask: six daughters, Mrs. Rosamond Swan, Plymouth Ind., Mrs. Anna May Cole, Pontiac, Mrs. Georgia Ash, Newberry, Mrs. Gracie Cole, Bourbon, Ind., Mrs. Barbara McAlpine of Germfask, and Mrs., Bonnie Lee of Culver, Ind. There are 39 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral Service were held Friday, April 27th from the Beaulieu Funeral Home in Newberry with the Rev. Bruce Handrich officiating, Interments was in Woodlawn Cememtery in Curtis.
