Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clcok the funeral of the late Mrs. Katherine Maguire took place from St. Paul's Catholic Chapel, the pastor, the Rev. Father T. J. Brady, officiating.
The obsequies were largely attended and there were a number of handsome floral offerings. The pallbearers were: Messrs. Joseph Joyce, Coleman Perkins, Peter Curran, Thomas Hughes, Peter Gallagher, Wm. Saunders, Wm. Dolan and Tobias Butler. The interment was in St. Paul's Cemetery.
Note: Kate was the daughter of John Kane.
