Jeff moved to Sand Springs after his service and later to Tulsa. He made lifelong friends wherever he went. Jeff had a long career in presswork. Before retiring, he owned N.B. Graphics, a pre-presswork company. Jeff was an artist winning the Oklahoma Duck stamp in 1982. Besides loving to fish, he collected and painted butterflies and other wildlife. The last few years Jeff enjoyed creating graphite portraits of family, friends and animals. Jeff felt loved by God, his family and his friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sally (Frey) Sallee.
He is survived by his spouse Sandy; children, Kathy Kastens, Jeffrey B. (Kip) Frey, Franklin M. Frey; stepdaughter, Kelley Reid; sister, Janey Cook; 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and several lovable nieces and nephews.
A rememberance for family and friends will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 11 at Add'Vantage Funeral Service, 9761 E 31st Street, Tulsa.
