Mr. Allen was born July 6th, 1919, in Marion County, Alabama, to the late Sam and Emma Tice Allen.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma Allen; 1 son, Doyle Wayne Allen; 1 daughter, Evelyn Gonce; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
