HILEMAN--SHAW.

Mr. Thomas C. Hileman of Pittsburgh and Miss Martha Shaw of McKee were married at 5 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Pittsburgh by Rev. W. Spencer Skinner, pastor of the First Baptist church, Pittsburgh. The ring ceremony was used. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Shaw of McKee and the bridegroom is a former Blair county resident. He served during the World war with the expeditionary forces in France and in Germany. After March 1, Mr. and Mrs. Hileman will make their home in Pittsburgh, where Mr. Hileman is employed by the Pittsburgh Railways company.

THOMAS CALVIN HILEMAN

Of 108 Chestnut avenue, died Wednesday afternoon at 3.50 o'clock at the Veterans' hospital, Bronx, N.Y., after two years' illness. He was born Jan. 27, 1888, at East Freedom, the son of Calvin and Viola (Lingenfelter) Hileman. He was a veteran of World war No. 1 and saw active service with the United States army in France. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company for the past twenty-five years as a boilermaker in the Juniata E & M shop. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Martha (Shaw) Hileman; one daughter, Mary Hileman, at home; two sons: Private J.C. Hileman, United States marine corps somewhere in the Pacific, Clair V. Hileman, recently honorably discharged from the United States army and now of Juniata; one brother, Clair HIleman of Claysburg; one sister, Mrs. Mary Lingenfelter of East Freedom. He was a member of the United Brethren church of East Freedom and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Friends will be received at the home.

HILEMAN--Funeral services for Thomas Calvin Hileman of 108 Chestnut avenue will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home in charge of Rev. Stenger of the First United Presbyterian church. Interment in Greenlawn cemetery, Roaring Spring. Friends are being received at the home after noon today.
