Lawrence LeRoy Ingram, formerly of 321 North Market street, died Monday at 10:15 p.m. in Montevue Infirmary after a lengthy illness.
He was born May 1, 1888 in Washington County, and was a son of the late Joseph and Caroline Haines Ingram.
Surviving him are these children, Paul Ingram, this city, James Ingram, Jefferson; Herbert Ingram, Temple, Tex.; Sois Ingram, Walkersville; William L. Ingram, and Mrs. Eva Abrecht, both of this city; a sister, Miss Iva Ingram, Martinsburg, W. Va.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
Before becoming ill, Ingram was a construction worker. He attended the Church of God.
Friends may call at the funeral home, 106 East Church street, after 7 p.m. Wednesday, from where the funeral will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the Dargon Church of God Cemetery.

Funeral services for Lawrence LeRoy Ingram, who died Monday in Montevue Infirmary, were held Friday at 10 a.m. from the funeral home, 106 East Church Street.
The Rev. Eugene W. Young, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Jefferson, was the officiating clergyman.
Pallbearers were Ernest Abrecht III, Herbert Abrecht, James Ingram Jr., Richard Ingram, Clarence Boyer and Stephen Abrecht. Interment was in the Dargon Church of the Brethren Cemetery. M. R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
