Shirley M. Drummond, 89, passed away on Feb. 15, 2008. Survived by her children, Albert Drummond of Pueblo, Don (Nancy) Drummond of Westcliffe, Colo., and Puerto Varas, Chile, and Carol Drummond of Pueblo; grandchildren, Terry (Tony) Ketchum, Todd Drummond, Tracy (Hisae) Drummond, Scott Drummond, Allen Drummond, Kathi Drummond, Wendi (Rasesh) Joshi, Gene Drummond and Leah Drummond; numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and in-laws. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, Donald B. Drummond; parents, George and Ethel Webster; her special cousins, Vena, Eileen and Barbara; her in-laws, Dale and Snoozer; and her lifelong best friends forever, Don, Julia, Ellen and Betty. Shirley was born on Jan. 28, 1919, in Pueblo. She graduated from Central High School. She was a computer data processor for the CF&I Power Credit Union. Shirley belonged to and was active in the Episcopal Church for most of her life. She also was a member of the DAR and many bridge clubs. Her many hobbies included gardening, playing cribbage, reading, history and any and all trips to Las Vegas, Laughlin and Cripple Creek. She was passionate about traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad. She loved the mountains, her little dog, Midget, and her friends and family. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks goes to her favorite physician, Dr. Jim Stjernholm, who always went above and beyond the call of duty; his kindness and compassion throughout her life can never be repaid. The family also would like to thank the nurses, CNAs, therapists and staff on 4100 at St. Mary Corwin Medical Center, all of whose care and attention made her last days comforting to her and her family. There will be no viewing. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, Ascension Episcopal Church, 18th and Grand streets, with the Rev.
