Mrs. Flossie Jean Shipp....Services for Mrs. Flossie Jean Shipp, 58, of 416 Jakes Ave., who died Tuesday at the Medical Center after an extended illness, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Jennings & Ayres Chapel, with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The Rev. James Clouse will officiate. Her parents were the late Andy and Jennie George Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Obie Lee Shipp of Murfreesboro; four sons, Clifton, Joseph, and Frank of Murfreesboro, Bevis Shipp of Winchester; five brothers, Houston of Madison, Amon, Glasco, William and Johnny, all of Murfreesboro; three sisters, Mrs. Lucille Hale of Madison, Mrs. Farrie Compton of Murfreesboro, Mrs. Lorena Whittmore of Murfreesboro; and eight grandchildren.
