Ms. Lisa "Smurf" Hampton, 25, of 1114 N. Franklin Road, Apt. 11, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of Mr. Willie (Makelia) Hampton of Belton and Ms. Lisa Hampton of the home. She graduated from Berea High School and was employed with Oakmont Nursing Home.
Left to cherish many loving memories, in addition to her parents, is her daughter, Tamari Cooks; sisters, Tahitsha Hampton, Lahitsha Hamton and Cassandra (Carlton) Hampton-Austin, all of Greenville; brothers, Isaiah Hampton and Jeremiah Hampton, both of Belton; grandparents, Hazel Jean Snoddy of Greenville, Jake (Della) Snoddy of Greer and Mamie Thurmond of Greenville; great-grandfather, Ollie Epps of Taylors; close friend, Osaze Cooks; two nieces; two nephews.
Funeral Service: Sunday, 3:00 PM at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with burial in Pinedale Memorial Park.
