The Huntsville Times, Huntsville, Alabama Monday, July 5, 1993. Taft, Tenn. Mrs. Virginia Ruby Atchley, 59, of 182 Henry Thompson Rd., Taft, Tenn., died Sunday at Lincoln Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, Tenn. The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Mac Sylvester officiating. Burial will be in Blanche Cemetery. She was a member of Mable Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Loyd Atchley; eight sons, Jeffrey L. Atchley, Kirby G. Atchley, Ernest L. Atchley, Aaron K. Atchley and Joey C. Atchley, all of Taft, Rodney D. Atchley of Fayetteville, Timmy Ray Atchley and Harvey H. Atchley, both of Toney; one brother, James Cagle of Huntsville; one sister, Gracie Edwards of New Market; and 13 grandchildren.
