Russell Kagen, of 4019 Wheeler Ave., 65, died Saturday at a local hospital.
He was a member of Phoenix Village Baptist Church, and is a retired Harding Glass employee.
Survivors include his wife Madge of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Earl Wright and Mrs. Roscoe Smith, both of Fort Smith; two sisters, Loretta Carney of Gardens, Calif., and Dora Downey of Tulsa; two brothers, Kenneth and Joe, both of Fort Smith; five grand-children and one great-grand child.
