Sharon - Bobby James Carson, 64, of Sharon, died Tuesday, November, 3, 1998, at his home.

Services were 2pm Thursday at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel in Sharon with Bros. Dewayne Thomas and Tommy Harrison officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Sidonia.

Jerry Morgan, Max Morgan, J.D. McMillin, Gary Carson, James Carson, and Billy Carson served as pallbearers. Honary pallbearers were Charles Wilhite, Fred Johle, Houston Morgan, Roy James, and Cletis Baucum.

Mr. Carson was born, December 7, 1933, son of the late Leonard & Pearl Ryenolds Carson. He was retired from the Lake County Correction Center and a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God. He was a veteran.

Survivors, include his wife, Melba Carson, two sons Justin Carson and Steven Carson, both of Sharon; a brother Robert Carson of Trenton; and four grandchildren.
