She graduated from Mississinewa High School in 1991 and worked at Chrysler Corporation. Tracy was a Christian and a lover of art and life. She enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Penny Riggs, Kokomo; three brothers, David Riggs, Marion, Randy (Jen) Riggs, and Brandon Riggs, both of Kokomo; two nephews, Luke Gentry, and Jessi Riggs, Kokomo; one uncle, Jimmy (Beverly) Riggs, Florida; two aunts, Lois Siard, and Sarah Riggs, both of Kokomo; and three cousins, Mary (Glen) Riggs Uplegger, Matt Slayton, and Jay Slayton, all of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charlie and Francis Cantrell, and her maternal grandparents, Melvin and Dorothy Ross.
