Funeral services for Jennie Catherine Bowen, 103, of Jonesboro, will be Saturday in the chapel of the Norris and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery.
Mrs. Bowen died Thursday evening in the Union County Nursing Home in Anna.
She was a member of the Eastern Star Hall of Bethlehem Lodge No. 56 and a Daughter of the Union Veterans of the Civil War. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
She was born Nov. 8, 1876 in Southwest City, Mo., to George and Sarah Hale Castle. She married Oliver Justin Bowen in Southwest City in 1896.
Survivors include a son, William. Her husband, one daughter and two sons preceded her in death.
