Benjamin Franklin Ross, Jr., 67, of Stoner Ave., died Saturday, October 22, 2005 in Harrodsburg. Born August 18, 1938 in Willisburg, he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Cora Lee Beasley Ross. He was an auto body repairman and a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.

Survivors include: four daughters, Jeanette (Art) Duncan, Lawrenceburg, Karen (Steve) Schuster and Charlotte (Darryl) Royalty, both of Harrodsburg, Stacy (Billy) Snow, Burgin; three sons, Chris (Tracy) Ross, Danville, Marty (Dana) Ross and Benny Ross, both of Harrodsburg; one brother, Bobby Ross, Harrodsburg; and 15 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 25, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Rev. James Harley and Rev. Kenneth Whitehouse. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa. Pallbearers will be D.J. Lunsford, Jeffrey Duncan, Lee McLevaine, Aaron Ross, Kody Ross, Jeremy Ross, Darryl Royalty, Art Duncan. Honorary bearers will be Darryl Royalty, Art Duncan, Billy Snow, Steve Schuster, Amanda Lunsford, Hannah and Hailey Snow, Sarah Gritton, Kendra, Kristin and Kala Ross, Chelsea and Kinsley Schuster. Visitation will be Monday, October 24, after 5 p.m., and Tuesday prior to service at the chapel. Memorial contributions may be sent to National Federation of the Blind, 4500 Dixie Hwy., 2nd Floor, Louisville, KY 40216-2875.
