MANSFIELD, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Bert Moncrief Webster, 99 of Mansfield, LA will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2005 in the Rose-Neath Chapel, Mansfield, La.

Burial to follow in the Highland Cemetery of Mansfield, LA. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.

Mrs. Webster was born Jan. 11, 1906 in Ruston, LA and passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2005.

She was a graduate of Ruston High School and Louisiana Tech University. Mrs. Webster was a retired teacher from the DeSoto Parish School system. The last 27 years of her teaching career were spent at Mansfield High School.

Mrs. Webster was preceded in death by her husband, Warner H. Webster, infant son, Warner Byron Webster, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Moncrief, three brothers and five sisters. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Sallie Beasley of Ruston, LA and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Webster was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield, United Methodist Women, Delta Kappa Gamma and the Farmer Bible Class.
