Jeremy Taylor Thomas, 15, of Hardin died Saturday December 4, 2010 at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. He was born in Baytown, Texas on September 28, 1995. He had lived in Hardin most of his life and was a student at Hardin High School. He was a member of Hardin United Methodist Church. He is survived by his Father, Paul Thomas of Anahuac; Mother, Tammy Manuel Thomas of Hardin; Brother, Jaret Paul Thomas of Hardin; Grandmothers, Judy Compton of Hardin and Shirley Ann Thomas of Anahuac; Great-Grandparents, Velma Desormeaux and husband, Francis, of Anahuac; Aunts, Georgene Grounds of Corsicana, Linda Granger of Anahuac, Lisa Ruddick and husband, Kenneth, of La Porte, Sheri Vest of Highlands, Misty Abalos of Winnie and Michelle Vaughn and husband, Millard, of Hemphill, Nicki Vest and Makayla of Highlands and Angie Finney and husband Michael of Alabama; Uncles, Wayne Manuel and wife, Chris, of Oregon, Randy Thomas and Julie Barrow of Anahuac, Vance Thomas and wife, Melissa, of Anahuac, Danny Thomas and wife, Tami, of Anahuac and Steve Thomas of Houston and many cousins and friends. Service of remembrance will be held Wednesday December 8, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at The Hardin United Methodist Church with Reverend Gideon Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Hardin Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday December 7, 2010 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the Church.
