Betty Jean Blevins Adams of Nashville, TN, age 73 lost her courageous battle with cancer on November 30, 2009. Mrs. Adams was retired from Davidson County Juvenile Court Clerks Office with 18 years of service. She is preceded in death by husband, Dr. Richard G. Adams; parents, Virgil and Lorene Blevins. Survived by children, Joe (Anissa) Adams; Sandy Adams; brother, Byron (Dot) Blevins; grandchildren, Joseph, Tucker, and Seth Adams. Mrs. Adams was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all. Funeral Services were conducted Thursday, December 3, 2009, at 11am, at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Wampler officiating. Interment was in historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends and family served as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers were employees of the Davidson County Juvenile Court Clerks Office. Visitation was Wednesday from 3-8PM and Thursday from 9am until service time at SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY.
