Mr. Neely was born October 5, 1936 in Beaumont, TX., to John and Kathryn Neely. He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Waultraut Neely and beloved daughter, Rennie Denzel.
He is survived by his brother, sister, 2 granddaughters, 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend, Brian as well as numerous friends and other loved ones. Mr. Neely served our country by enlisting in the United States Army and retired after 23? years of service. He was also a devoted member of the First Protestant Church.
