She was married to Robert B. Finley.
Virginia was formerly employed by the Stanley Company. She was a member of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church. She attended St. Thomas High School. She was an avid supporter of the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter.
Virginia is survived by her daughter Lisa D. Rotz, of Orrstown, Pa., two sisters June Sellers and Eunice Seville of Chambersburg, Pa.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents Miles T. and Zelda L. Horne, her husband Robert B. Finley, brothers Kenneth Horne, Garnet Horne, Clark Horne, sister Hazel Rosenberry and half-brother Miles Horne.
Burial will be Monday, November 29, 2010 in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
