Macomb-Eugene "Gene" Sullivan, 84, of Macomb, passed at 10:55 PM Thursday December 2, 2010 at Wesley Village Health Care Center in Macomb. He was born December 22, 1925 in Macomb to Fred and Teresa Woerly Sullivan. He is survived by 1 brother; Donald Sullivan of Macomb and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Joseph, Claude, and Edward Sullivan and 2 sisters; Lucille McCann and Pauline Sullivan. He served in the Army during the Korean War; he worked for King Seeley Thermos for 37 years. Gene loved being with his family and his cars. Services will be at 10 AM Monday December 6, 2010 at St. Paul's Church, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Monsignor Richard Pricco will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Paul Church or the McDonough District Hospital Hospice Program. Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
