Anna Frances Owens, 80, of the 1600 block of North St., a retired office manager, died April 12, 1992, in a Norfolk nursing home.
Mrs. Owens was born in New York City. She had retired from Viola Builders and was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
She was the widow of Alvah A. Owens Sr.
Survivors include three sons, Alvah Owens Jr. of Virginia Beach, Patrick J. Owens of Boydton, Va., and John M. Owens of Chesapeake; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery by the Rev. Joseph Slowik. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in Foster Funeral Home.
