Henry Mueller, an old resident of this vicinity, died at his home in Rhine Center on Saturday as a result of heart trouble. The deceased was born in Germany, November 17, 1846, and came to this country with his parents when he was one and one-half years old. On February 27, 1870 he was united in marriage to Miss Gertrude Reineck and the couple moved onto a farm in Rhine Center.
He is survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs. Carl Rudolph, Mrs. Ernst Meyer, and Miss Emma at home. One daughter preceded him in death.
Six granchildren also survive. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the home at 1 p.m., and from the Petri church in Rhine Center. The Rev. Thomas officiating.
