Visitation will be held from 5-9 on Monday, November 8, 2010 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, MS. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Old Good Hope Premitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee, MS is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Amason was born March 23, 1958. He loved his family especially his girls. David was a definite "mama's boy". He also loved horses.
He was preceded in death by father, Jim Womack; grandparents, Barney and Velma Warren; son-in-Law, William Joseph Cliburn; uncles, Leon Warren, Leodis Warren and Frank Lucas.
David is survived by his mother, Bonnie Warren Womack, Mendenhall; children, Bridget Lee Amason, TN, Casey Lee Amason, Whitney Lee Amason, Kammi Lee Amason all of Magee; stepchildren, Austin McDaniel and Danielle Leonard, both of Magee; grandchildren, Haiden Lee Mullins, Roland Lee Bynum, Storrie Lee Bynum, Joseph Lee CLiburn, Heidi Lee Bynum; finance', Felicia Leonard, Magee, aunts, Ellawese Lucas and Bobbie (Billy) Rogers, both of Magee
