Charles was born to Mary Louella "Smith" Bisby and Charles Elliott Bisby. He is buried here with his Baby brother Joe, his Aunt Mamie "Bisby" and Uncle Arthur McCurry, his grandparents Elliott and Susan "Seslar" Bisby and Little Rose Bisby.
He served his country with honor in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War.
He was the family giant, was loved by all and will be missed very much. His name brings a smile to all of our faces because what we remember most about him was his ever present sense of humor.
