Verrell Percival Pendleton, 48, Nampa Route 4, died unexpectedly at his home Saturday, Feb. 18, 1961. Mr. Pendleton was born Nov. 16, 1912 at Loa, Utah, and came to the Deer Flat area near Caldwell when five years of age. He married Verneal Wood July 20, 1938, in the Logan LDS Temple and they had farmed in the Bennett community since that time. He was a member of the Fifth Ward LDS Church.

Survivors in addition to his wife include two daughters, Mrs. Veleen Durrant, Meridian, and Mrs. Francis Murphy, Kuna; two sons Rodney and Gary Pendleton at home; four sisters in California; one brother, Roscoe Pendleton, in Salt Lake City, and two grandchildren.
