Sally Ann Turney, 73, of Wylie, Texas passed away on August 8, 2011 in Plano, Texas. She was born on October 16, 1937 in McKinney, Texas. Her parents were the late Homer M. Haggard and Bettye E. Anderson Haggard. She married the late Billy D. Turney on June 29, 1989 in Garland, Texas.
Sally is survived by her sons, Robert St. John, Steven St. John, Steve Turney, Mark Turney; brother, Billy Haggard; sisters, Dorothy Wood, Barbara McMichael, Betty Jo Clark, Janelle Baxter; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Betty Haggard; husband, Billy D. Turney; sons, Dwight St. John, Billy St. John, Joe St. John and brothers, Bobby Haggard, Tommy Haggard and Glenn Haggard.
Visitation was held from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at Allen Funeral Home. Her funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Rev James Rasbeary officiated.
Funeral services were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home.
