A native of Newberry, S.C., she had lived the past 60 years in Asheville. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Addie Lee Slight and the wife of the late Ted R. Arledge.
Surviving are her daughter, Ann Jamison of Franklin, Tenn.; two grandsons, Kierk Jamison of Cookeville, Tenn., and Craing Jamison of Nashville, Tenn.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Silver Creek Baptist Church in Mill Springs. The Rev. Chris Osborne will officiate. Burial will be in the church Cemetery.
The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes before the services.
