Born in Howard County, November 29, 1882, she was the daughter of John P. and Marcella (McKay) Hutto. She attended schools in Sharpsville and Howard County.
A practical nurse for many years, Miss Hutto had worked at the Good Samaritan Hospital and the Beechwood Hospital in Tipton County.
A member of Grace Methodist Church, she was a member of the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the church and the Eastern Star in Sharpsville.
Surviving are a brother, John P. Hutto Jr., Sharpsville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be in Jacobs Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Jack T. King of Grace Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Sharpsville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Friday. The family prefers that memorial donations be given to favorite charities.
