Sherry was born February 1, 1960 in Germany while her Dad was in the Army. After their return to the States she was the light of my eyes. Her Dad worked for IBM in Nashville, TN so our time together was limited. Sherry was a very happy and loving little girl and niece to me. They had been to Alabama for a weekend visit to our house. On October 4, 1964 they were driving back to Nashville and were almost home when two teenage boys ran a stop sign and hit my sister, brother in law and Sherry's car. Sherry was killed on this tragic day. I love and miss her more than words can say.
