Daisy Rowe Gibson, 93, of Snellville, formerly of Monroe, died March 28, 2007. A native of Walton County, she resided in Snellville where she made a difference in many children's lives in her work at church, nurseries and day care in her home. She was a charter member of White Oak Baptist Church, Lilburn.

Memorial services will be held at 11AM Saturday in White Oak Baptist Church in Lilburn. Rev. Danny Odum will officiate. Private interment services will be held.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia (Tim) Still of Lawrenceville and Ellie (Jack) Petty of Snellville; son; Lee Ben Gibson of Avondale Estates; brother, Thomas Rowe of Austell; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Leedolf Gibson.
