The Central City Nonpareil, March 28, 1895, transcribed by Linda Berney
Died - G. H. Mueller, on the 23d inst.; at his home in Prairie Creek. The honored deceased was 63 years of age. He was an old resident of this county, and was respected by all who knew him, as he was a kind husband, father, and neighbor.
He had been a devoted Christian from early childhood, therefore his sorrows are past; his joys are eternal, for he has passed to that land of light and joy where there is Harmony in all the surroundings.
The wife and three children, who remain to mourn his loss, have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
The funeral services were held at the German M. E. church, Monday, March 25th, Rev. Geo. Beck officiating.
