Mrs. Joseph Kiefer
Mrs. Catherine Kiefer, wife of Joseph Kiefer, died at 9:30 o'clock this morning at her home in Williams Township, near Two Churches, in the 81st year of her age. Dysentery caused her death. Besides her husband, who is 91 years of age, she is survived by one brother, Peter Unangst of Allentown, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Deceased was a native of Williams Township, and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church there. The funeral will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. from the home of her grandson, Peter Kiefer, in Williams township, followed by services in St. John's Lutheran Church, and interment in the cemetery adjoining.
