Denver City - Louis Byford, 80, a retired businessman died Saturday, Oct. 17, 1998, at a Midland Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel in Midland with the Rev. Jimmy Taliaferro officiating. Graveside services will be held in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
He was born in Montague and had been a resident of Denver City since 1971. He had lived in Odessa in the 1950s. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps in World War II.
Survivors: Wife, Darlene, of Denver City; sons Mike Byford of Midland and Jerry Byford of Waco; sister Dorothy Taliaferro of Odessa; and five grandchildren.
