Theron Crews, 80, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday, January 13, 2006, at the Life Care Center in Fitzgerald.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, January 15, 2006 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald, with Rev. Tommy Land, Jr. and Bro. Charlie Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Crews was born May 10, 1925 in Worth County, to the late Barney and Ruth Owens Crews. He lived in the community most of his life. Mr. Crews was a retired Maintenance Technician with Shaw Industries. He was a member of Crossview Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Euodis Crews of Fitzgerald; sisters: Alice Croston, Madge Smith and Margaret Davis, all of Winter Haven, FL.
