Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Western Hills Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Jordan, interim pastor, and the Rev. Jerry Hodges, former pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Burkburnett Cemetery under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Fisher was born March 16, 1945, in Southgate, Calif. She was a graduate of Grace Bible College in Omaha, Neb., and Southwestern Oklahoma State College in Weatherford, Okla.
She worked as an elementary teacher following graduation and was the director of a daycare service in Wichita Falls. She had lived in Wichita Falls for 20 years. She was a member of Western Hills Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Michael; two sons, Bradley of Fayetteville, Ark., and Kevin of Olympia, Wash.; her parents, Lyman and Adeline Sprunger of Canton, Okla.; and three sisters, JoAnne Sinclair of Canton, Melody Plemmons of Sacramento, Calif., and Becky Whiting of Enid, Okla.
