Jack Berman was a food service consultant in Berman Associates Inc. in San Antonio and Tulsa and was principal developer in the Phoenix Project, a large convalescent nursing home.
He was survived by his wife Mrs. Marie Louise Berman; four daughters, Mrs. Thomas M. King, Miss Carol Marie Newton, Miss Wilard M. Berman, Miss Laura Tobin Newton, a son, S.G. Newton, all of San Antonio; two sisters, Mrs. Nathan Kaufman, of San Antonio; Mrs. Anne Kahn of San Francisco, California and two grandchildren.
