LEAKESVILLE, Miss. -- Beverly Deann Blankinchip, a legal secretary, died Sunday at a hospital in Mobile. She was 38.
She was a native of Mobile and a resident of Leakesville. She attended Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Leakesville.
Survivors include her husband, Guy Eric Blankinchip; and two daugthers, Erica Blankinchip and Ceselie Blankinchip, all of Leakesville; her father and stepmother, James and Betty Higdon of Tuscumbia, Ala.; her mother, Carolyn Jo Higdon; and two brothers, James Raymond Higdon Jr. and Michael Higdon, all of Mobile; one sister, Nancy Saunier of Baton Rouge, La.; her half brother Brandon Higdon of LaPlace, La.; her stepbrother, Roy Michael of Tuscumbia; and her grandmother, Frances Walters of Theodore.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Freeman Funeral Home in Leakesville. The funeral is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church. Burial will be in Maples Cemetery in Leakesville.
