DON ALEXANDER PICKETT-Services for Don Ray Alexander, 66, Pickett, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Morris Memorial Baptist Church, Rev. Gary Jamar will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Mr. Alexander died Saturday, October 30, 2010 at a Norman hospital. He was born April 16, 1944 at Evansville, Indiana to Ray and Stella Lucille Moore Alexander.

He graduated from Vanoss High School and East Central University. Mr. Alexander was a draftsman for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for many years until his retirement. He was a member of Morris Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include three brothers, Tom Alexander, Ada, James Alexander and wife Alligene, Lexington, OK, and Joe Kersey and wife Mary, Champaign, Illinois; a nephew, T. J. Alexander, Burbank, OK and other nieces and nephews; and a cousin, Gary Trimble and other cousins.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe Alexander and Jerry Kersey and a sister, Wanda Jo Woods.

Bearers will be Derrell McDonald, T. J. Alexander, Danny Morris, Tommy Thurman, Jack Aday, and John Johnson. Honorary bearers will be Wayne Privett, Regie Rowe and Deacons of Morris Memorial Baptist Church.
