Joyce died October 2, 2002.
He was reared and educated in Salt Lake City, graduating from South High School in 1940. He later attended Utah State University. Weston was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was a High Priest. He was a member of the Grandview Ward and served in various callings. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in World War II. He retired from Hill Air Force Base following 37 years of service as a manager of manpower. Weston enjoyed scrapbooking, newspaper crossword puzzles, golfing, swimming and fishing. Most of all, he enjoyed traveling with his wife Joyce and family, to many places throughout the country.
He is survived by three daughters; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife Joyce, and two brothers, Howard and Lamar. Funeral services were held Monday, August 9, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop Scott Jordan officiating.
Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, where Military Honors were accorded.
