The funeral of James Rear, of Paulding, aged seventy years, whose death occurred in the Methodist hospital at Fort Wayne, was held this afternoon, at the Simpson Methodist Episcopal church, in Fort Wayne, and the body was laid at rest at Lindenwood cemetery in that city. Mr. Rear, who was an interior decorator, moved his place of residence from Fort Wayne to Paulding nine years ago.
